As a home changes ownership, it gives a peace of mind to know the current condition of the house before purchasing. A basic walk through is usually not enough to notice possible underlying conditions, defects or expenses that may need to be addressed. As a certified home inspector with work related experience in virtually all of the main trade skills, I take the time to thoroughly observe and report as many aspects of the home as possible to be "a voice for the house".
